1. Online Store Terms

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices, refuse any order, or limit quantities at our discretion. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display is accurate.

3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Returns and our 100-Night Trial are governed by our Returns & 100-Night Trial policy.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Loftly name, logo, images, and text, is our property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
