Which sleep positions does it suit?

How does the 60-night trial work?
Order your pillow and sleep on it, in your own bed, for up to 60 nights. That is long enough to know it properly, not a showroom test. If it is not right for you within that window, email us and we will refund you in full.
What if I want a refund?
Email loftlybrand@gmail.com within your 60 nights and we will process a full refund, no return required and no questions asked. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide and takes 3 to 7 business days. We dispatch within one business day, and you get a tracking email the moment your order leaves us. Express is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Right now, Loftly ships within Australia only. We built the brand here first and want every delivery to be fast and free. International shipping is something we are looking at, so keep an eye out.
How do I wash the pillow?
The natural linen shell is removable and machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle, it actually softens beautifully over time. The memory foam core should not go in the machine; spot clean it if needed and let it air out fully. Keeping the case fresh keeps the whole pillow feeling new.
