No return required
You don't need to box anything up or post anything back. Keep the pillow, pass it on, do what you like with it. We'd rather that than send it back and forth.
No questions asked
We mean it. No forms to fill, no reason to justify, no hoops. You slept on it, it wasn't right, we refund you. Simple.
How long it takes
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of your email and returned to your original payment method. We'll confirm by email the moment it's done.
